Full Turtle Armor

Some alterations in game logic mandated the following changes for best gameplay:

• Each effect will now last a half second longer
• Dolphin's Grace, if enabled with full set underwater, will be given for 6 seconds instead of 1. It is worth noting that this still lasts forever while underwater with a full set, and the timer will not reduce.

On an unrelated note, the logic behind the turtle armor has been optimized for better performance.
