END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR FULL POTENTIAL

1.DEFINITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE

This Agreement is between ModBrothers545 (The Licensor) and you (The User). By downloading, installing, modifying, or distributing this mod, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

2.PERMISSIONS

Subject to the conditions in Section 3 and Section 4, Licensor grants User a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
-Use and play the Software for personal enjoyment.
-Modify, adapt, remix, or build upon the Software's code and assets.
-Redistribute, re-upload, or include the Software (or its modified versions) in public or private modpacks.

3.MANDATORY ATTRIBUTION

Your rights under Section 2 are strictly conditional upon the following:
-Any redistribution of this Software, or any project that includes files/assets from this Software, must provide clear and prominent credit to ModBrothers545.
-This credit must be clearly visible in the description page of the mod, modpack, or hosting platform, and must include a functioning link back to the official Full Potential CurseForge page.

4.NON-COMMERCIAL RESTRICTION

You may not use this Software, or any modified versions of it, for commercial purposes. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
-Selling the Software or charging for downloads.
-Locking the Software, modified versions, or specific features behind a paywall, subscription, or membership site.
-Distributing the Software through URL shorteners or download links that generate advertising revenue.

5.TERMINATION AND LIABILITY

Any violation of Section 3 or Section 4 automatically terminates your rights under this license. This Software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. The Licensor shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or game corruption resulting from the use of this Software or its modified versions.
