Added

• Added integration for the Framed Blocks mod
  • Right-clicking blocks/hammer/wrench on a framed block while holding the Ultimine key applies the operation to all matching blocks

Fixes

• The prevent_tool_break server config setting is now honoured for farmland tilling, axe stripping & shovel flattening
• Merging of items during drops collection is now more efficient
• More careful of loaded-chunk detection (looking for candidate breaks can no longer cause chunkloading)
• Block hardness comparisons are no longer done during shapeless block breaking operations
  • This means that e.g. you can ultimine iron ore and have adjacent deepslate iron ore also break
  • But you can't use e.g. a 3x3 mode to break stone and have adjacent obsidian break
• A few other fixes and improvements to block-breaking logic
