Added

• Quests can now be searched for by their hex ID in the quest search popup
• Observation tasks now support fluid blocks, e.g. minecraft:water

Fixed

• Quest links that link to a quest in a hidden chapter no longer show the "links to" button in the quest view panel (unless in edit mode)
• Fixed client crash during quest shape reload
  • Appears to be triggered by badly behaved mixins from other mods; added some defensive coding for this
• Ensure response packets for create/delete/edit operations go to all players, not just quest book editors
• Fixed server being too trusting of client about observation task progress
