Fixed

• Fixed filename case-sensitivity issues with chapter and/or reward table .json5 files
  • This could lead to the same chapter or reward table being read twice
  • The chapters/ and reward_tables/ folders are now scanned for case clashes before any .snbt files are read
  • In the case of a clash, older file(s) are renamed to a ".OLD" extension, and the latest file is renamed to a lower-cased filename
