Forge 1.3.1 HOTFIX

Placing a "Show Entity" would cause the background of a quest to turn white.

Fix:
Made EntityIcon.draw() self-contained by restoring GUI render state in its finally block.


Forge 1.3.0 Update: 

Added a standalone "Show Entity" menu to show 3d entities without needing a quest!
Right click a empty space and choose "Show Entity" from the list. Acts like a image.

Added Entity Interaction compatibility for Quests Additions.
