FTB Islands

Switch from storing Island data in a serialized object to JSON. Conversion code has been added that will convert from Islands.ser to Islands.json and remove the Islands.ser file.

Commands have been re-written and all exist in seperate commands now. Such as /island_create {name} and /island_join {name}
