• ThermalComponentAssemblerStagingMixin - gates ThermalExtra's Component Assembler so it will not start a craft whose output is stage-restricted for the machine's owner.

Fixed

• TinkersMaterialVariantCrashFixMixin - guards Tinkers' MaterialRecipeCache.getAllVariants with a synchronized double-checked build and retry, so concurrent/re-entrant modification of its lazily-built variant cache no longer throws which was causing bugs in ProjectE, yay for weird cross mod bugs.
• IronsSpellsFluidHelperEmptyFixMixin - @Pseudo guard on Iron's Spells' FluidHelper.copyWithAmount that returns FluidStack.EMPTY for an empty (or non-positive amount) input instead of calling setAmount on the empty stack.
• IronsSpellsEchoingArrowCrashFixMixin - @Pseudo guard on Iron's Spells' Echoing Arrow tick that sets lastHomingPosition to the arrow's current position when it is null, so an echoing arrow whose homing target is lost mid-flight (e.g. a boss-summoned dragon killed during the Nidhogg fight) no longer throws a NullPointerException and crashes the server tick loop
