Hey yall, this update has a couple fixes and we added some reload animations for a few guns

- Gun mechanics and changes

          - Added reload animations for compact SMG, heavy pistol, and grenade launcher

          - Made it so you can't reload until gun firing animation is done

- Fixes

          - Streched out bolt action and sniper animation

          - Fixed issue where steel ingots from other mods didn't work for certain recipes

          - Fixed issue where NBT data could be applied to other items in hand that arent guns

          - Fixed texture issues for battle rifle, compact smg
