Fixed:
1. A shotgun blast deals one instance of damage.
2. Add two medical items: an enema syringe and an intravenous (IV) syringe. The IV syringe must be placed in the left hand and operated with the right mouse button.
3. Added shaking effects for specific impacts and explosions.
4. Added some HUD effects for certain skills and items.
5. Fixed some known issues.
