Permitted Use

You may:

- Download and use Create: Frogport Overhaul for personal gameplay.

- Install and use the mod on private or public Minecraft servers.

- Include the mod in free modpacks distributed through services that obtain the official, unmodified mod file from its authorized CurseForge or Modrinth project page.

- Create videos, livestreams, screenshots, guides, reviews, and other gameplay-related content featuring the mod.

Commercial Minecraft servers may use the mod provided that access to the mod’s features is not sold separately, paywalled, or used in violation of Mojang’s applicable commercial-use rules.

Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission:

- Reupload, mirror, or redistribute the mod’s JAR file outside its authorized project pages.

- Publish modified builds, unofficial ports, forks, continuations, or derivative releases.

- Repackage the mod under another name.

- Sell, sublicense, or place the mod or its features behind a paid download.

- Claim the project, its original code, designs, textures, icons, documentation, or other original content as your own.

- Use the project’s original assets in another mod, resource pack, software project, or commercial product.

- Use the project’s name, branding, or logo in a way that implies an official affiliation or endorsement.

Linking users to the official project page is permitted and encouraged.

Source Code

Access to source code does not, by itself, grant permission to copy, modify, redistribute, fork, port, or publish the source code.

Code specifically identified as originating from another project remains governed by that project’s applicable license.

Third-Party Content

Create: Frogport Overhaul is an independent addon for the Create mod and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Create Team.

Create and its applicable code and assets remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Create code is licensed according to the Create project’s MIT code license, while Create assets are governed by the Create project’s applicable asset license.

Any other third-party libraries, code, or assets included with the project remain subject to their respective licenses.

Contributions

Submitting code, artwork, translations, documentation, or other contributions does not transfer ownership of the overall project. Unless another agreement is made in writing, contributors grant the project owner permission to use, modify, and distribute their submitted contributions as part of Create: Frogport Overhaul.
