Friendly Fire: Chispa

First release, for Forge, NeoForge and Fabric on Minecraft 1.20.1 to 26.3.

• Chispa, a living flame that walks beside you, in every dimension.
• Mines the ores it spots, whole veins at once, and keeps them in its 9 slots.
• Fights the enemies near you. It never picks up what mobs drop.
• Cooks what it carries as slowly as a furnace, and hands over the whole stack at once.
• Enchantments work as they do for a player.
• Immortal by default. If you turn that off, light a fire to bring it back.
• Options screen: what it does, immortal, and summon with fire.
