Friend Worlds is a lightweight Fabric mod designed to make playing Minecraft Java Edition with your friends as simple as possible.

Turn your existing single-player world into a private multiplayer world and invite your friends to play together — without needing to rent or configure a dedicated server.

Invite up to 7 friends to join you, for a total of 8 players in your world.

When you close the Friend World session, your world remains available as a normal Minecraft single-player world.

The host and players should use compatible Minecraft, Fabric, and Friend Worlds versions.

⚠️ Important

Friend Worlds is designed around Minecraft Java Edition and supported Minecraft/Fabric functionality.

Microsoft account and friends-list integration is subject to the APIs and permissions available to third-party applications. Features that aren't supported by official APIs will not be bypassed or implemented through unauthorized methods.

The mod does not require users to provide their Microsoft password.
