Changes to minimize some log spam in contexts where CIT packs aren't fully properly formated or may have a case-sensitive issue invalidating a path or texture.
- A CIT model json with an invalid texture, parent or override name loads with that name lowercased, or dropped when it can never be valid, instead of skipping.
the whole CIT. Faces that used a dropped texture show the missing texture, with a warning. - An explicit model= or texture= that's not found has afallback to the file named like the `.properties` file, with a warning.
