- restricted coins to only spawn from players, not other entities
- coins can no longer be gained from dead bodies in the death animation
- coins no longer spawn when an entity is hit while "invulnerable" (flashing red after previous hit)
- added coinbos
* if you get a combo (hit a player multiple times in rapid succession), more coins will spawn
* each hit in a combo applies a x2 multiplier to combo hits, up until x8
* a hit must be within 1.75 seconds of a previous hit in order to count as a combo
* combos are not restricted by player, you can hit multiple players to continue your combo
- coins are now added up and displayed as a score
* your score resets on a per-world basis, meaning on most minigame servers it will reset after each game
- added coin HUD
* displays your current number of coins
* displays your highest per-world score since you started your game
* displays the total amount of coins you've earned total since you started your game
- added coinfiguration menu
* added option to hide coin HUD
* added option to simplify the coin HUD to only show your current score
* added option to show or hide the descriptive text next to HUD icons
* added X and Y options to adjust the position of the coin HUD
* added option to only render 1 coin regardless of current multiplier (to help with lag)
- thought I added support for the Replay Mod... then realized it was still broken :,(. Maybe another time.
Note: re-uploaded because I realized 0.75 seconds to continue a combo is way too short.
