Free Placement

First release for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge and Fabric): everything from the 1.21.1 version of 0.2.1.

• Blocks now place normally, on the vanilla grid, until you press G. G switches to half-block placement, again to quarter blocks, and once more back to normal. Your choice is remembered.
• Off-grid placement never stops a block going where vanilla would put it. If the off-grid spot is taken (by your own feet, a mob, a wall or a hillside), the block goes on the grid instead, and the preview shows it there.
• The first time you join a world, a chat line explains the keys.
