framedblocks-1.4.0.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Framed armour: helmet, chestplate, leggings and boots. Combine a piece with any block in an anvil and it wears that block, both worn and in the inventory. The block sets how strong the armour is. Whatever tool tier is needed to mine it decides protection, toughness and durability together, so combining never makes a piece worse: a block of emerald gives diamond-grade armour, obsidian netherite-grade. Bedrock never wears out and cancels the damage it covers - 40% for the chestplate, 30% for the leggings, 15% each for helmet and boots, so a full set cancels everything. The tooltip now says which block a piece was combined with. Two framed slabs placed into one block space now keep a separate texture each, instead of merging into a single one. Two bare slabs still merge into a plain framed block. Slopes can be placed upside down, to line a ceiling or an overhang. Aim at the underside of a block, or at the upper half of a side, exactly as for stairs.
