DIMENSION UPDATE! AND SOME LORE.

Made a few changes to the events so now it will be less laggy.

Made changes to events that would last overly.

Entities will despawn after a period of time so do not leave the game while they are alive.

Entities(Important ones) will not ride boats with you no more.

Herobrine will only spawn at a change now and not be annoying.

Fixed bugs with mimics of animals and stuff.

Added new dimensions and a big event. 

Added events that can palce structures around you. There will be more on next update.

A ton of other stuff like cave events just a few tho.

Also added stuff to get ready for next update.
