Fixed a few things

Changed events to make it more subtle so the entities wont announce when they spawn.

Added a new event that is garanteed to happen.

I just now thought of a bug so ima fix that next update.

Made the "flower.err/303" decorative.

Added a cooldown to a event.

Made changes to a few events now they wont cause problems.
