Fracture Tech

This is a mining mod(and my first mod!). It's meant to make mining / excavation easier / less tedious.
A simple mod that adds upgradeable handheld drills to make mining and
clearing out areas a lot less tedious. Instead of digging block-by-block,
you can right-click with a drill to clear out a 3D area in front of you.
It adds three tiers:
* **Basic Drill (Iron):** Mines a small 2x2 area, repairs with iron
ingots.
* **Advanced Drill (Emerald):** Mines a 3x2 area, repairs with emeralds.
* **Max Drill (Diamond):** Mines a 4x3 area, repairs with diamonds.
They won't break bedrock, obsidian, ancient debris, or blocks with
inventories (like chests) so you don't accidentally destroy your setup, and
they have a short cooldown between uses.
