A mod of what i think a good end update would be mostly inspired from the echoing void dlc of minecraft dungeons, it adds stuff like new enderman variants four new biomes new structures new acheivments a new enderman to trade with etc.

you can give it fluoritee shards

chorus logs

platinum ingots

rhondite

obsidian

acid pearls

ender pearls

eyes of ender

chorus

discs

these all give different things
