Fixes

- Desert Tomb secret chest now can generate with item stack sizes greater than one

- Sand Stick crafting table and birch sapling recipes removed for better balancing

- Sand Stick renamed to Sandstone Rod

New Features

- Added Stick Bundles, which can be used to make crafting tables

- Added Desertifier, only obtainable in creative mode and the bound GUI doesn't function

- Added Ender Sand, only obtainable in creative mode and does not currently function as intended

- Added Thornwood logs, wood, planks, slabs, stairs and fences; standing on these blocks deals three cactus damage, as does standing within the same block as the slab, stair and fence; only obtainable in creative
- Using Sand Feathers to craft arrows now results in 16 arrows as opposed to four
