FOV Utils (Forge - 1.12.2)

This is a fork of a 1.12.2 backport of the FOV Effects slider. My fork contains an additional, non-vanilla feature: FOV Clamp, which allows you to set a static lower boundary that slowing effects can't drag your FOV past.

compatibility: if the client uses OptiFine, Celeritas, or any other mod that modifies or replaces minecraft's rendering engine, you may not be able to configure this mod from within Minecraft's native "Video Settings" menu. Instead, Use /foveffects and /fovclamp to configure the mod's features.
