The Plugin update

Now user can add custom reforges to the system.

• use function forgecraft_lpmc2:plugins/register {...} to register the plugin.
• developer can customize name, type, xp/forging lvl requirement, attributes and more!
• allow multiple reforges on a single plugin
• allow testing reforges using function forgecraft_lpmc2:menu. You would see it at the bottom of the list.
• display error message if issues detected.

Other changes

• Warped reforge: Increased usage from 5 to 7, increased max travel distance to 15 blocks, and decreased movement decrease from -20% to -15%
• Now allow slowness/armor reduction time stacking from each use, instead of resetting time on use. (The display might not be synced)
• Renamed id from scoreboard to forgecraft.id, to avoid conflicting with other datapacks.
