1.1.0-beta3 - Beta time! Stabilized JEI override!

Made JEI override A LOT more stable. By a lot, i mean a really really lot. We still depend on internals, there are still a couple bugs here and there, but we do not have to overwrite entire classes to make it work. Let me say it now, yes there are a few bugs (which you should report to github issues). But beta is mostly due to more stable JEI override.
