1.1.0-alpha2 - New JEI version fixes

Fixed crashes with latest JEI build.

Some new bugs have thus appeared (mostly with profiled JEI override). But because profiles system is going to change a bit, they aren't fixed in this update. And that's why we're still in alpha!
