- Reworked the config system after removing owo-lib.
- Restored missing config options where possible.
- Improved config defaults, descriptions, validation, and usage across the mod.
- Cleaned up client/server side-safety to reduce dedicated server issues.
- Removed obsolete owo-lib references, stale backport code, and unused files.
- Preserved existing lock-on, HUD, targeting, camera, and Shoulder Surfing-related functionality.
