Flying Youtube
Watch YouTube on a floating 3D window inside your Minecraft world. Move it, resize it, or mount it onto a wall of blocks.
Features
- World-space video windows with direct mouse interaction.
- Move with the lower bar or X/Y/Z handles; resize from the corners.
- Optional aspect ratio lock and full-face block mounting (minimum 2x1).
- Play/pause, rewind 10 seconds, and normal YouTube site mode with keyboard typing.
- Window positions and settings are saved per world.
- LAN sharing: Host only, Selected players, or Everyone with one window per player. Each player controls only their own window.
- English interface.
Controls
Y opens the window menu. H hides editing handles. U opens LAN permissions for the host. Key bindings are configurable. In Site mode, Type captures the keyboard; Enter submits and exits, and Esc returns to movement.
Compatibility
Supports YouTube videos, Shorts, live streams and premieres. Video availability follows YouTube restrictions. Live streams without DVR cannot rewind. Ads, buffering and autoplay rules may cause playback differences. LAN is experimental; dedicated servers, Aternos and Realms are not supported. Audio is not positional.
MCEF is a separate dependency and is not bundled. This independent project is not affiliated with YouTube, Mojang or WebDisplays.
