Overview

Fluxorium is a Minecraft rendering optimization project based on Embeddium. Its goal is to provide an optimized rendering experience while maintaining compatibility with the wider Minecraft modding ecosystem.

Built on an existing open-source codebase, Fluxorium has its own project identity and aims to develop into an independent rendering optimization mod.

What is Fluxorium?

Minecraft rendering can become demanding in heavily modded environments. Rendering optimization mods aim to improve how the game handles graphics, helping players enjoy smoother gameplay while using other mods.

Fluxorium builds upon Embeddium's existing rendering foundation. Its current capabilities depend on the features inherited from the upstream codebase and the changes introduced in each Fluxorium release.

Goals

Performance: Preserve the rendering optimizations provided by the upstream project.

Compatibility: Maintain compatibility with supported Minecraft versions, mod loaders, and other mods.

Stability: Prioritize reliable startup, rendering, and gameplay.

Independent development: Establish Fluxorium as a separately maintained project.

Transparency: Document supported versions, dependencies, changes, and known issues.

Compatibility

Supported Minecraft versions, mod loaders, dependencies, and installation requirements will be listed for each release.

Always check the version information before downloading Fluxorium. Compatibility with every mod or configuration is not guaranteed.

Development Status

Fluxorium is under development. The project is being prepared and tested to ensure that its renamed codebase, resources, configuration files, and build setup work correctly.

New features and performance improvements will be documented when they are implemented and verified.
