Added the caustic pump. This block can only drain caustic fluids from the world and can be extracted through vials. Simply throw the pump over a lake and right click it with some vials and instant caustic fluid. This will be the last release for a while, as I'm waiting for the new version of forge since it looks like a may have to restructure it a bit. The build should be stable, or at least was from what i tested it.
