Lets a vanilla ModularRouters Router transfer Forge Fluids instead of just items. Insert a Fluid Transfer Upgrade to switch a Router's Puller, Sender, Distributor, and Void modules into fluid-transfer mode. Requires RouterUpgradeCore.

- Fixed: StackAugment (per-module stack upgrade override) no longer being ignored — it now correctly overrides the router's Stack Upgrade count and affects the actual fluid transfer amount per operation.
- Improved: Fluid tooltips (module filter slot and router buffer) now render using JEI's own formatting, including the mod name/ID line, instead of the plain vanilla bucket-style tooltip.
