Lets a vanilla ModularRouters Router transfer Forge Fluids instead of just items. Insert a Fluid Transfer Upgrade to switch a Router's Puller, Sender, Distributor, and Void modules into fluid-transfer mode. Requires RouterUpgradeCore.
