1. Permission for Modpacks

You may include and redistribute an official, unmodified FluffDeco JAR as part of a Minecraft modpack, including free and monetized modpacks, provided that:

FluffDeco is distributed only as part of the modpack.
The FluffDeco JAR remains completely unmodified.
The modpack does not claim ownership or authorship of FluffDeco.
The modpack provides visible credit to FluffDeco and links to its official project page.
Access to FluffDeco is not sold separately.
The modpack complies with the terms of the platform through which it is distributed.

No additional permission is required for modpacks that meet these conditions.

2. Prohibited Actions

Without prior written permission from the copyright holder, you may not:

Modify, patch, alter, translate, adapt, or create derivative versions of FluffDeco.
Redistribute a modified FluffDeco JAR.
Repackage FluffDeco under another project, mod, add-on, or name.
Redistribute FluffDeco as a standalone download or mirror.
Claim FluffDeco or any portion of it as your own work.
Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute FluffDeco separately from an allowed modpack.
Remove or alter copyright notices, credits, licensing information, creator attribution, or identifying information.
Use FluffDeco assets, source code, models, textures, branding, or other included content in another project.
Decompile, reverse engineer, or extract FluffDeco content except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

3. Private Use

You may download and use FluffDeco for personal gameplay.

You may configure FluffDeco using officially supported configuration options. Configuration does not grant permission to modify or redistribute the mod itself.

4. Servers

You may install and use an official, unmodified FluffDeco JAR on public or private Minecraft servers.

Servers may accept donations or sell access and cosmetic benefits, provided that FluffDeco itself is not sold, relicensed, or presented as server-owned content.

5. Included Third-Party Content

FluffDeco includes models, textures, artwork, and other assets created by multiple third-party artists.

All included models, textures, artwork, and other third-party assets remain the property of their original artists.

The original artists and their available links can be viewed in-game using the /fluffdeco creators command.

This license applies only to FluffDeco itself and does not transfer ownership of any third-party content.

You may not extract, modify, redistribute, sell, relicense, or reuse any included model, texture, artwork, or other third-party asset outside FluffDeco unless you have permission from the original artist.

Including third-party content in FluffDeco does not grant any rights beyond those required to use the official, unmodified FluffDeco mod.

6. Updates and Compatibility

Permission applies only to official FluffDeco releases distributed by the copyright holder or through an authorized project page.

The copyright holder is not required to provide updates, compatibility, support, source code, or continued availability.

7. Termination

Your permission under this license automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms.

After termination, you must stop distributing FluffDeco and remove it from any downloads, modpacks, servers, or projects under your control.

8. Disclaimer

FluffDeco is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

The copyright holder and contributing artists are not liable for damages, data loss, incompatibility, service interruption, or other issues resulting from the installation, distribution, or use of FluffDeco.

9. Additional Permission

Any use not expressly permitted by this license requires prior written permission from the relevant copyright holder.

Permission concerning FluffDeco itself must be obtained from NFLD99.

Permission concerning an included model, texture, artwork, or other third-party asset must be obtained from its original artist.
