Fixes a bug in Forge's fluid equivalence checking to make it work even when the fluid doesn't have a flowing version registered.
This small bug is the reason why Create's JEI/REI entries for a few recipe categories get broken if you have Assembly Line Machines (or any other mod that registers a fluid without a flowing version) installed.
