Flower Hour by Haggs

Adds flowers to the Overworld and End to spice up both adventure and decoration.

Made primarily by Haggs, for my wonderful sister :)

Adds 11 flowers to fill in a void of flowerless biomes, such as the Barrel Cactus in the desert and the Colorado Blue in the cold mountains. They all can be turned into dye and be used in suspicious stew (I hope). Open to suggestions for new flowers, improvements, and localization.

All flowers added:

Orange Lily, Pink Lily, Rose, End Rose, Morning Glory, Night Tulip, Colorado Blue, Dahlia, Sour Fig, Barrel Cactus, and Leather Flower

Also has some purple and cyan flowers.
