I recommend you use a mod like jei so you can see all the recipes
How to enter:
The portal frame blocks can be crafted with 2 Jungle Logs and 2 Jungle Wood
To light the portal you will need a Torchling Orb wich can be obtained by killing a Torchling.
Torchlings can spawn in bamboo jungles
