Floocraft

- Added a 1-second cooldown between uses of Floo Torches
- Sped up Floo Torch teleporting
- Flames can be transformed using dropped Floo Powder again
- Updated Floo Powder texture
- Floo Powder in the Floower Pot now glows like the item
- In the teleport menu, fireplaces you can go to are written in "Floo green" instead of ordinary green
- In the teleport menu, you can no longer teleport to or peek from your current fireplace. You current fireplace is marked on the menu

- You have a little longer to exit a Floo fire on arrival by default, and the maximum time is longer in the config
- You can set the Floower Pot minimum fire conversion range to 0 so you can use it manually if you prefer
- Exclusive creative menu tab for Floocraft items
- Sign text is converted to place names by cutting the text down to 160 or fewer characters, then removing leading/trailing whitespace. Empty sign text can no longer be used as a place name 
- Floo fire has the same bounding box as vanilla fire 
- Floo flames extinguish like vanilla fire
