For 5.1

-Balance changes for Flint Cannon (from 60 to 200 ticks) and Flint Mortar (from 120 to 100 ticks)

-Balance changes for Flintlock Pistol (now it has cooldown for 40 ticks)

-Balance changes for Soap (now crafted additionally with Flint powder)

-Now Flintlock Pistol emits smoke

-Changed texture of plastic
