Parcel - Flashback addon

Packs a Flashback replay with its timeline, skins, audio and Actors takes into one file and unpacks received parcels in one click.
The Send parcel window lists what is packed (replay, timeline, skins and audio, Actors takes), a note field and the estimated parcel size.
The Receive parcels screen lists incoming parcels with sender, note and NEW status, plus a summary and Receive and Receive and open buttons.
The Flashback replay list shows the Send and Receive (1) buttons and a replay that was received from a parcel.
