Flashback Neoforge Fixed

Fixes integrated-server startup crashes when Connectivity or another networking mod redirects PacketDecoder.decode. The inbound custom-payload capture no longer uses an exclusive redirect; it now observes successfully decoded packets at the normal output boundary, preserving both Connectivity diagnostics and Flashback replay payload recording.
