Bug fixes:

• A gun doing negative damage will no longer make a Driveable have health greater than its max health.

Features:

• RestrictInventoryInput config for mechas blocks anything other than fuel and ammunition being put into the inventory by the player (mining still works with it on)
• RestrictAmmunitionInput config for driveables blocks anything other than a bullet/grenade type from being put in its missile/gun/bomb slots
