Flan Fixes Sophisticated Backpacks

Uses INTERACTBLOCK permission for picking up backpacks

There is an issue with Flan when claim owners places a backpack from Sophisticated Backpacks on his claim and the non-claim member player can just steal it.

 

This mod requires permission `INTERACTBLOCK` when player tries to pick up the backpack from Sophisticated Backpacks.
