Flags That Represent

Added: 

• Historical flags! Including (but not limited to) Yugoslavia, Chinese Empire, Qing Dynasty, Kingdom of Hungary, Ottoman Empire, Soviet Union (including SSRs, PSRs, and ASSRs), and many more! 
• Plus a new creative tab, and command line for obtaining these flags!
• Flag of Ontario to Canada's regions (as I forgot to add it, thanks to Fizzylolols for pointing this out!)
• Flag of Brecqhou (territory)
• Added pole remover, capable of removing the iron poles off flags, this will snap the flag to the side.
• Added flag rig, where you can trap flags, so if they're destroyed they'll blow up (got a bit carried away, don't know why I added this...)
• Added advancements

Changed:

• Flag animations were changed, these animations are always subject to change!
• Gave the blank flag pole its own model, so it doesn't display incorrect breaking animation
• Flag poles can no longer be rotated, making them easier to set up
• Quebec added to Canada's regions
• Added "Bailiwick of" to Jersey and Guernsey's flags
