  • Added new Blessed Wand Enchant which grants the Blessed Effect on hit or use.  Stacking up to 10 times.  At 10 Stacks, Blessed will spawn a cloud of healing at your feet, healing all entities that walk into it and damaging all undead.  (Costs 6 exp on use, 0 on attack.)
