Fishing Made Better

2.1.2:
Fixed possible dupe in multiplayer when multiple people try to fish the same fish.
Added fall-back recipes for vanilla fish created without FMB to slice into raw fish slices.
Fixed dupe with scaling recipe when scaling multiple fish at a time.
Fixed scaling not properly updating the tooltip of the fish in the crafting table.
Rebalanced the fishing minigame, heavier fish will now move faster in the minigame, and lighter fish will move slower, since its based on tension, but heavier fish will be less likely than lighter fish to shift directions.
