The Fishing Enhancement Mod significantly improves fishing gameplay.

FishingEnhancementMod is a Forge 1.20.1 mod that upgrades fishing with faster catch cycles, special enchantments, and rare ore rewards.

Features

Random frenzy event near natural water
- Triggers randomly when the player is near water.
- During frenzy, fishing becomes easier (faster bite and slightly better luck) for a random duration between 1 and 5 minutes.
Exclusive enchantments
- Bakucho I-IV:
  - Fishing performance multiplier: 1.5x, 2x, 3x, 5x
  - Treasure enchantment obtained from special fishing books
  - Cannot be applied to Gold Fishing Rod
- Ore Fishing I-III:
  - Adds rare ore drops while fishing
  - Very low chance to drop a Nether Star
  - Mutually exclusive with Luck of the Sea
Custom fishing rods
- Iron Fishing Rod:
  - Durability: 2x vanilla fishing rod
  - Fishing multiplier: 1.5x
- Gold Fishing Rod:
  - Durability: low (breaks quickly)
  - Fishing multiplier: 4x
- Diamond Fishing Rod:
  - Durability: 1.5x Iron Fishing Rod
  - Fishing multiplier: 1.5x Iron Fishing Rod
- Netherite Fishing Rod:
  - Durability: 2x Diamond Fishing Rod
  - Fishing multiplier: same as Diamond Fishing Rod
- Star Fishing Rod:
  - Fishing multiplier: same as Diamond Fishing Rod
  - Defaults: Bakucho IV, Ore Fishing III, Mending
Better loot quality on high-tier rods
- Diamond Fishing Rod, Netherite Fishing Rod, and Star Fishing Rod do not pull junk loot.
- Junk catches are replaced with fish.
- These rods also gain an internal treasure fishing bonus.
Ore drop amount scaling
- Ore Fishing I: 1 item
- Ore Fishing II: 1-2 items
- Ore Fishing III: 2-4 items
- While frenzy is active, ore and nether-star chances are additionally boosted.
Rare fish only from fishing
- Gold Fish:
  - Fishing-only drop
  - Food effect is based on Golden Apple
  - Also grants a temporary Bakucho IV buff
- Enchanted Gold Fish:
  - Very rare fishing-only drop
  - Food effect is based on Enchanted Golden Apple
  - Grants Bakucho IV buff + forces a 5-minute frenzy event

Recipes

Iron/Gold/Diamond/Star rods are craftable.
Netherite rod is upgraded at smithing table using Netherite Upgrade template.

主な機能

爆釣イベント
- プレイヤー周囲に水があると不定期で発生します。
- イベント中は1〜5分のランダム時間、食いつき速度と釣果運が上がります。
専用エンチャント
- 爆釣 I-IV
  - 釣り性能倍率: 1.5x / 2x / 3x / 5x
  - 特殊本として釣りから入手
  - 金釣り竿には付与不可
- 鉱石釣り I-III
  - 低確率で鉱石系アイテムを追加ドロップ
  - 超低確率でネザースターをドロップ
  - 宝釣り (Luck of the Sea) と同時付与不可
強化釣り竿
- 鉄釣り竿
  - 耐久: バニラ釣り竿の2倍
  - 釣り倍率: 1.5倍
- 金釣り竿
  - 耐久: 低い (削れやすい)
  - 釣り倍率: 4倍
- ダイヤ釣り竿
  - 耐久: 鉄釣り竿の1.5倍
  - 釣り倍率: 鉄釣り竿の1.5倍
- ネザライト釣り竿
  - 耐久: ダイヤ釣り竿の2倍
  - 釣り倍率: ダイヤ釣り竿と同等
- スター釣り竿
  - 釣り倍率: ダイヤ釣り竿と同等
  - 初期付与: 爆釣IV / 鉱石釣りIII / 修繕
上位釣り竿の釣果品質向上
- ダイヤ釣り竿・ネザライト釣り竿・スター釣り竿ではゴミを釣りません。
- ゴミ判定になった釣果は魚へ置き換えられます。
- さらに内部的な宝釣り補正が入り、レア釣果も出やすくなります。
鉱石ドロップ個数
- 鉱石釣りI: 1個
- 鉱石釣りII: 1-2個
- 鉱石釣りIII: 2-4個
- 爆釣イベント中は鉱石・ネザースターの抽選率がさらに上がります。
釣り限定のレア魚
- 金の魚:
  - 釣りでのみ入手
  - 金リンゴ準拠の食料効果
  - 追加で一時的な爆釣IVバフを付与
- エンチャント金の魚:
  - 釣りでのみ入手できる超レア枠
  - エンチャント金リンゴ準拠の食料効果
  - 爆釣IVバフ + 爆釣イベント5分を付与

レシピ

鉄・金・ダイヤ・スター釣り竿はクラフト可能です。
ネザライト釣り竿は鍛冶台でアップグレードします。
