What's new
- Added an (optional) texture overhaul for candle holders, cages, and sconces
- Changed sconce recipe to use cast iron instead of steel
- Turned the `uniformSconceLeverBehaviour` config value into a BlockState property, which can be enabled by using glue on a sconce
- Added missing support for `DouseFireEvent`, so you can now turn off candle holders, sconces, and fire pits with shovels
- Added pulley functionality for TFC chains
