Fire&Flight

Description: Fire&Flight is a Minecraft java mod inspired by House of the dragon, httyd, and Ark survival ascended. In this mod players will come across a wide variety of dragon species all divided into different tiers such as Light, Medium, and Heavy. Every dragon has their own Special abilities and behavior that make them unique in their own way.

The Aeraxis
Description: The Aeraxis is a Light tier dessert dwelling dragon that can be found in the vast desert and badlands biome. Aeraxis are Nuetral dragons and spend their time roaming, grazing on cactus and rabbits, and resting throughout its biome. If aeraxis are threatened they'll use their speed to quickly close the distance between them and their target and use their devasting bite attack and lethal jumpkick attack. Aeraxis are also capable of shooting fireballs with great precision that explode upon impact

Taming: The aeraxis can be domesticated by finding a wild aeraxis that is currently passive. Walk up to it and feed it either raw rabbit, cactus, cod, or salmon in which rabbit and cod offer more taming percent. However theirs a 50% chance the aeraxis can accept the food offering. If the wild aeraxis rejects the player will need to wait 5 minutes to attempt again. If accepted after each feeding the aeraxis will become hungry again after 1-2 minutes and will ask for a specific food. If the food request is un fullfilled within 30 seconds the taming percent will slowly start to go down. Repeat the feedings until it reaches 100% and then the player will need to mount the aeraxis until it accepts you.

Tamed: Once tamed the Aaraxis can be saddled up and ready for use. Once the player tames the aeraxis they will have access to a fast and reliable mount capable of chasing down any enemy, overwhelming targets with its bites and fireballs, and being able to manuever easily in the air.

Nest: While exploring the desserts and badlands players should be cautious if they come across an Aeraxis nest. Aeraxis are highly territorial over their nest and will attack anything that comes near its nest. If players are lucky they may come across a female aeraxis nest who is defending an egg.

Hatching eggs and raising baby's
-Once a player aquires an egg it can be placed down and left alone to hatch. Once hatched the baby dragon will automatically be tamed and can be place don top of the players shouldler. Baby aeraxis specifically will take 5 minecraft days to grow and eggs take 30 minutes to hatch.

Dragon bones and Scales
-If the player manages to slay a dragon they can use shears to clip the Scales off a dragons corpse multiple times depending on its tier. Once the scales are harvested the bones will be available to harvest too. Dragon Bones and scale can be used to make dragon scale armor depending on what dragon it is and its tier and bones can be used too Craft dragon bone tools

Summoning tamed dragons
-If a player aquires a goat horn they can crouch and right click their tamed dragon to bind it to that horn (Crouch and right click again to unbound). Using the horn will allow the player to summon that binded dragon as long as they are on the surface and within 1000 blocks. Once used, a 5 minute cooldown will be active.

Book of ancient language and Dragon commands
-Throughout your world while looting structures, players may be able to find the book of ancient knowledge which grants the player the ability to use dragon commands. Dragon commands are used to command your dragons to do certain actions and task

Dragon Bond system -A dragons bond level is what determines whether a player's dragon will obey them or not. A bond can reach up to level 10 and can be increased by Traveling, feeding, killing mobs, healing, and even resting near your dragon. The Lower the bond level the more your dragon will disobey and the higher the bond level the more your dragon will obey

Breeding -Two dragons of opposite genders can be bred with golden apples. Once fed the two dragons will begin to mate and will last 10 minutes. during the 10 minutes neither dragon can be interacted with (If either dragon is attacked during the mating process the breeding will cancel). After the 10 minutes is done the female has a chance of laying up to 3 eggs with 2-3 eggs being rarer. once breeding is complete both dragons will have a breeding cooldown of 10 Minecraft days.
