- Added Replace command: /replaceblocks (or /rblocks) [NewBlock] [OldBlock] [Optional:Metadata], which only replaces the specified block type
- Added Scatter command: /scatterblocks (or /sblocks) [Block] [Percentage] [Optional:Metadata], which gives each block a [Percentage] chance to be replaced
