FieryArmorSets adds a new layer of progression to minecraft.
You can now smelt Leather, Gold, Iron, Diamond, and even Netherite into materials to craft the next tier of each of these armor sets! (All smelts requires a blast furnace, regular furnaces aren't strong enough!)
Each armor set comes with special abilities, and a lot more armor protection (Each of the costs show raw materials, you need to smelt them first and possibly craft it):
Charred Leather Armor (24 leather): Gain regeneration while on fire
Gilded Gold Armor (216 gold) : Execute mobs when attacking them and they are below 10 hp. Additionally, mobs will now have a chance to drop gold on death.
Molten Iron armor (216 iron): When attacked, gain resistance for 10 seconds. Additionally, your punches will deal lots of damage, unaffected by attack speed. (Higher DPS than a clean diamond sword)
Radiant Diamond armor (96 diamonds): Crops you walk on will instantly grow. Additionally, deal bonus damage to enemies. Also, you gain saturation when killing enemies.
Hellfire Netherite armor (16 netherite+96 diamonds): Gain all perks of diamond armor. Your attacks deal even more damage and now ignite enemies. Additionally, you now heal when attacking.
To obtain the armor sets:
Leather - Smelt Leather to get charred leather, then craft it into armor.
Gold - Smelt gold ingots into gilded gold nuggets, then use them to craft gilded gold ingots and craft it into armor.
Iron - Smelt iron ingots into molten iron nuggets, then use them to craft molten iron ingots and craft it into armor.
Diamond - Smelt diamond into diamond dust, use 4 diamond dust to craft a radiant diamond, then craft it into armor.
Netherite - Smelt a netherite ingot into Hellfire Netherite scraps. Then craft 4 hellfire netherite scraps with 4 gilded gold ingots for a hellfire netherite ingot. Use a piece of radiant diamond armor, a smithing template and a hellfire netherite ingot to craft a hellfire netherite armor.
